DF container count: 1 purple, 1 yellow. Supper - Sirloin steak, 1 cup of cooked carrots and broccoli, 2 small corn on the cobs. Calories: 9. 26 ! Needless to say, I won’t be having steak very often. Tomorrow morning I’ll do more! I’ve drank 9 cups of water, still shy of my goal of 1. But the only other thing I drank today was green tea without anything added to it so that’s a bonus. Plus green tea is supposed to boost your metabolism. ![]() I used women weight loss tumblr. 3 week diet recipes.
